Our beautiful plants are hand picked by us for their superior quality, ensuring that they have the best chance to live a long and happy life with you in their new home. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
We always want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, but sometimes things just don't work out. We offer a 7 day return policy for home items that have not been used and are returned in new condition. Please contact us via email at email@example.com if you are not satisfied with the product(s) that you purchased and would like to make a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Marked down sale items are not returnable. All sale items are final sale.
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.
